The feelings of Anger are actually not bad. They are a natural, necessary and healthy part of being human. However when we don’t understand our anger and don’t know how to resolve it, then it can destroy lives (yours and the people around you). When I work with anger I believe that all anger is routed in pain and/or fear. On some level you are feeling threatened, backed into a corner, overwhelmed or anxious and your subconscious goes into to “fight mode”. Sadly, if your fear or pain is deep seated and you don’t have a good awareness of it you end up going into fight mode easily and often and you can become so overcome that you do and say things you regret. At the mind coach I aim to HEAL anger. I will help you work out why you are in “fight mode” and help you resolve and heal that pain. Then we can teach your mind some new and more resourceful responses to situations that used to trigger you.
