I work with the cause of your addiction first before you try quitting. You may have your first 3 sessions before you even try to quit. Then we can support you through the quitting journey too. Addictions can be complicated to work out and I recommend people commit to at least 4-6 sessions to kick the habit for good (although it can happen sooner).
